Returns & Refunds

All of our products are lovingly made in small batches and hand packaged to ensure the highest quality is maintained. Your satisfaction is extremely  important to us and we strive to help in anyway we can. ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

  • We will happily accept returns on all full priced items for any reason within 30 days of receipt.
  • All items must be in their original condition, unused and in original packaging.
  • Natural Skincare/Beauty products cannot be returned if used for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

  • We unfortunately do not accept international returns.

SALE RETURNS

  • Items purchased during sale promotions are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

If you change your mind about the items you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them. The item(s) purchased may be eligible for a refund, under the following conditions:

  • Products must of been purchased from imogenfarmtoface.com . If purchased from one of our wholesalers you will have to contact them directly.
  • Products must be unopened and in original condition.
  • Products must be sent back within 30 days of receiving.
  • Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products.
  • Imogen reserves the right to deny a refund if the product has been used or in non saleable condition, due to hygiene standards. 
  • If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your item(s), please reach out to us at hello@imogenfarmtoface.com - We are here to help guide you on your skin journey and can provide a deeper insight into Imogen and how to best support your skin.

FAULTY ITEMS

  • We make the best efforts to quality control all items prior to dispatch.
  • In the case that something is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible at hello@imogenfarmtoface.com. Please also include a brief description of the fault.

INCORRECT ITEMS

  • If you believe you have received an item different to the one you ordered please contact our Customer Care team at hello@imogenfarmtoface.com. Please include a brief description of the item you have received instead.
